A devoted Wizkid fan, Temilade, has stirred reactions online after boldly requesting a day off work to celebrate the release of the singer’s upcoming album, Morayo.
Grammy-winning artist Wizkid, born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, is set to drop the highly anticipated album on Friday, November 22, 2024. He has already released two singles, Piece of My Heart and Kese (Dance), from the project.
In preparation for the release, Temilade, an ardent member of Wizkid FC, showcased his dedication by writing a formal letter to his boss, requesting leave for the day to fully enjoy the album.
In his request for a one-day leave, the devoted fan explained that he intended to spend the entire weekend streaming the album starting Friday, ensuring he could fully immerse himself in Wizkid’s latest masterpiece.
In his words; Hi Boss I’d like to request a one-day leave on Friday November 22nd 2024 to fully experience the release of Wizkid’s new album, Morayo.
As a dedicated fan, I plan to stream the album throughout the entire weekend, starting on Friday, and immerse myself in the music. I’ll ensure all my tasks are up to date before then to avoid any disruption.
