A video making the rounds online showed the ladies dressed in different long skirts and tops as they showed off their impressive work-out session.
In the video, a man wearing a red top and black trousers was seen guiding them through exercises, which they followed with full dedication.
They seem more comfortable as they happily did exercise with their legs, hands and other parts of their bodies despite being covered up.
